Body care




A human body is precious when it is healthy. To keep it healthy every pat of the body is to be cared for. Right from hair to toe, care should be taken for their sound activities. A body full of healthy organs is a precursor to any human achievement. In general body means hair, skin, eyes, noses, eyebrows, hands, arms, feet, legs, thighs, backs, stomachs, chest, heart, head, throat, neck and so on.

To keep the body healthy diet comes first. A proper diet can keep your body sound and you may avoid any disease. A healthy body is not overweight, its skin is soft and shiny, hair smooth and in shape, eyes are scintillating, nails are well shaped and rosy, face is attractive, mouth is free from bad breath, teeth are in order and tongue is germ-zero.

To keep the body slim and sound, there should be adequate sleep, no fatigue, no mental stress, and adequate leisure time, regular message, a lot of physical exercise, light manual labor and proper washing of the person.

It is said the queen of beauty Cleopatra of ancient Egypt used to bathe in milk. A human body has a lot of collagen protein. Milk has a lot collagen protein and for that it is used for natural beauty care since pre-Christ era in ancient civilizations. In the West the usefulness of collagen protein has already been established. In the western cosmetics, the manufacturers are using this particular protein.

It is always advised that to get the protein naturally use natural products. Drinking of milk and using it in body care, say for example face wash, gives the required result. Egg has albumin, which is vital for hair growth and sustenance. Fruits are good for digestion and providing the necessary Vitamins in a human body. Green vegetables are also useful in numerous ways to make the body healthy.

Body massage is also good for health as it keeps the blood circulation going on in normal manner. Massages can be taken on the head, on the shoulder, on the back, around the waist and also in the hands and legs..

Prohibition on alcohol and tobacco is a must to keep the body healthy.. The show men and women, the sports persons who depend on the body fitness never indulge in alcohol and tobacco. The time they take such things, that is the beginning of the end of their public careers. The ordinary men and women who idolize them should take lesions from their lifestyle to keep the body safe and sound.

Irregular and indiscipline lifestyles have no scope to have a healthy body and a sound mind. And the best way to have these is taking resort to natural beauty care, which is cheap and easily accessible.
