Care for Elbow and Knee joints
The beautiful women always take care of all body parts including elbows. A twisted, dark and dirty elbow is no match to an otherwise beauiful woman. Simple natural care to elbows would make tham attractive. Elbows are part of your long arms and that part of the body remains unattrative so long elbows are not cared.
Elbows usually keep dirts within their layers of skin. It looks odd, if not cleaned. Elbow skin is soft because for this we can move our arms. Because of its softness and layers of skin dirts are stored their unknowingly. Since we cananot see our elebow as we see our hands because of its position, they are often neglected unknowingly.
In tropical region, where heavy sweating occures, elbows are first to catch dirt. Elbows are also used for hand rest. Tke care that you do not place your elbows without checking the place. And after every hand rest, wash your elbows by a cloth or cotton so that dirts do not find scope to pile up there.
While bathing take extra care for washing your elbow separately. It is always better not to use soaps. Soaps, if not properly prepared, make the elbows dry and it becomes increasigly difficult to move the arms.
Instead you can resort to some natural beauty care methods. First make a paste of wheat flour and milk cream. Then use it all over the elbows. After that you gently rub those to a piece of clean cloth or cotton. The all stored dirts would come up in dark color. Finally, you rinse the elbows with lukewarm water. The elbows are clean!
See to it that the elbows do not develop fat. A fat elbow is ugly and a general block to arm bending. For this, you keep a watch on your diet. Heavy calorie foodstuff should be avoided. Consumption of alcohols and cigaretts should be minimized. Alcohol and cigaretts generate fat.
Care should be taken from childhood. Parents should guide their wards to keep clean their elbows. They should use natural methods to keep those clean and dirt free. Sometims like faces, some natural pastes made of honey and milk cream, a piece of cucumber and sandal wood poweder, slices of potato and tomatoes can be rubbed over the elbows to make those smooth and soft.
A light arm exercise is also helpful. This would not make the elbows stiff. Some Yogic methods are also helpful. Swimming can do a lot. It keeps the elbows clean side by side with elbow exercises. By swimming elbows would be strong, smooth and soft. These are in short the natural beauty care for elbows.
Along with elbows, care should be taken to knee joints. Here too collection of dirts is noticed. Use the natural paste, suggested for the elbows, on the knee joints before rubbing those with clean cloth or cotton. Besides making the knee clean, exercises should be done to keep it strong. Swimming cycling and free hand exercises should be undertaken to make the knee joints strong anf healthy.
