The shape of nose is very important for a good look. There are a variety of noses seen on the earth. The western people are sharp nosed,while their black neighbours are flat nosed. The mongols, for example the Chinese, Japanise and the Koreans have typical short and flat noses. Indian noses are diverse. While the north Indians have long and sharp noses, the South Indians have short and sometmes flat noes. The Arabs have long sharp and beautiful noses.

A nose has nostrils which is badly important for bereathing, nosehairs which hold back air born tiny elements for not allowing them to reach the lungs. The nasal cavity goes to the larynx and then to the respiratory system. Besides, breathing, a nose has the function of keeping the body temperature in conformity with the outer space. Smelling is another job of the nose.

Whatever be the shapes of noses, their health is all important. A clean and healthy nose adds beauty to a face. One cannot change one's nos, but nose can be properly cared. First it is to be seen that no fat is grown around the noses. Collected fat around the nose not only disfigure the face, but also causes breathing problems. To contain fat one should take care of one's diet. Calorie free food is good for health and also for nose.

Physical facial exercises are good for noses. The Yoga has several facial, nose-oriented exercises. Since Yoga mainly concentrates on breathing pattern, nose are very important for Yagoic methods. A proper breathing practice not only make the respiratory organs good, it also make the noses functional.

Swimming is good for nose health. It cleans the nose and adds power to it to take long breath. It also cleans the nose hairs and to some extent the nose cavity upto the larynx In the process, swimming does a great job to the nose for keeping its health.

When one catches cold, the nose run. Use a soft hadkerchief or cotton to wipe out the nose. Some people have the habit of nose sweating. Do not clean it with coarse cloth. Nose is sensitive since it does not have any bone. It is all muscle and nurve. Nose have also many nurve ends so it is very very sensitive.

Some people have the habit of rubbing noses with the body of their pets, especially puppies. This is bad for health. One may catch diseases in the process. Some womem wear jewellary on both walls of the nose. They perforate nose walls and wear rings. This is very common among Indians. If the perforation is not done in properly nose may develop infections.

It is very dangerous if blood comes out of nose after any physical shok. It may be fatal. Do not take such bleeding casually. Take immediate help of others. Initially put some ice on the bleeding nose to stop the blood oozing. Ther are many herbs to cure nose boils too.

Irrespective of the shape of noses, it is the health of noses that matters for the beatuy of a face.
