Curing snoring
Snoring is a symptom of bad health. It is awkward and disturbing for others lying beside you. A beautiful woman, if snores during sleep, loses much of her charm to his bed partner. One should remain beautiful day and night. A little bit of caution can cure the disease for good and makes one beautiful throughout
Snoring is in plain term is a sleep disorder. Several studies have shown that snoring is more prevalent among the aged that the young people. Since aged people are mostly fat and do not undertake any physical exercise they tend to fall victim of snoring. But due to some reasons young people including chldren also snore.
It is observed that those who take heavy doses of sleeping pills mostly snore. This is so, because sleeping pills generate fat in the body and the resultant fall out is snoring. Using of anti-depressants also leads to snoring since such pills also causes extra fat in the body.
Snoring is the resultant sound of the vibration on the respiratory organ during sleep. The obstruction of air movement causes unnatural sound which manifest in snoring. There are several reasons for snoring. It sometimes become fatal if allows to grow. Remembera child can also snore.
Throat weakness, jaw misposition, extra fat, nose deformity are some of the organic reasons for snoring. As for throat weakness, physicians tell that during sleep throat closes and breathing becomes difficult. Its resultant fall-out is heavy vibration on the respiratory structure. Jaw misposition follows tension in muscle. If one's sleep position is abnormal, his jaw is not positioned narmally leading to breathing problem
Extra fat, usually seen among the obese, around the thraot prevents the air to move smoothly. This led to difficulty in breating and the resultant snoring. Nose diformity blocks air to normally move down the respiratory channel and causes snoring.
One can overcome all these. If you diet properly, there would not be extra fat around the throat and no snoring at all. Nose deformity can be caured through regular nose massage. Throat weaknesses can be overcome by physical exercises. Jaw misposition is also curable by taking extra caution in sleep posture.
Smoking cigarettes also is a reason for snoring. The smoke blocks the throat passage and the smokers find it difficult to breath during sleep. Even during daytime smokers breath heavily because the throat clog. Smoking also throws pigment on the tongue, which in the process becomes heavy blocking air movement.
Consumption of alcohol too causes snoring since alcohol generates fat around the throat, neck and also around the nostrils. All these combined to block air movement and causes snoring. Those who make heavy snore must contain smoking and regulate their movement towards the pubs.
Under no circumstances, fat should be allowed to pile up in the body. It is the last word.
