Foot care
Human feet are vital organs and they need constant care. Neglect of feet may develop pain, soars and hardness leading to difficulty in walking. Feet are also prone to injury since they take the bulk of human body functions. Feet are associated with shoes and attention should be paid to footwear.
Natural beauty care requires physical exercises daily. Yoga may also add to having healthy feet. Light physical exercises and yogic actions circulate blood in the feet keeping them strong and functional.
Daily wash of feet and footbath keep the feet clean and full of vitality. Human feet are also good pieces of beauty. Two neat and clean feet speak volumes of one's general health.
About footwear, it is advised by the doctors not to wear same shoes every day. It may change the shape of your feet permanently. In ancient China, women since childhood were made to bind their feet in clothes so that they did not grow large. It caused immense hardship to women. Daily use of same shoes might create such problems. It is advised to have variety in shoes. Special care should be taken to heels. Same height of heels is not good for feet.
Footwear should be made of natural materials so that the feet do not develop scars and soars. It may also smell bad which is not good for health. It is seen that some footwear sometimes cause problem up the body. It may cause pain in knee or hip joints..
It is a must to change stockings daily. Cotton stockings are preferable than synthetic ones. Pay attention that your feet are not sweating inside the footwear or the stockings. Such sweating may develop diseases.
People suffering from diabetes should take special care about their feet as the disease causes poor circulation of blood in this part of the body. Medically it is called 'diabetic feet'. Diabetics have poor sensation in feet and for that they are advised by physicians not to wash feet in hot water since they might burn their feet as they have less sensation on them.
A small injury in feet for a diabetic might lead to a big problem such as infections for him or her. For these reasons diabetics must take preventive foot care. Diabetics should periodically check their feet with doctors and keep annual assessments.
Message of the feet is advised for all. Messages create more blood circulation in the feet and thereby keep the feet strong. Messages can be done with muster oil. It would pump in more vitamins in the feet.
