Hair Care
Hair is the first impression of your personality. It speaks volumes about your general health and bend of mind. It is, however, not always true that a person of unkempt hair is lazy and unclean. Men of genius are always seen in disheveled hair. It is the hairstyle that matters. Men and women have given a thought before taking a particular hairstyle, which they continue throughout their lives. Whatever be the hairstyle, the health of hair is important. Genetic pattern comes first. A man may become a bald in his early years, if that is his family tradition. No care of hair can stop it. If genes are on your side, then take care of your diet and way of life. It would solve all the problems in keeping your natural beauty.
You cut down the extra calorie in your diet. Shortage of any vitamin, especially Vitamin A, may cause hair problems. Thinning of hair, growing dandruff, having the misery of early graying are symptoms of poor health of your hair. You need not rush to a doctor to overcome these. You can cure these naturally. Take green leafy vegetables as much as possible in your daily intake. These apart, milk, salads, fruits and sprouts should be served daily in your lunch and dinner. Nuts, yeasts, buttermilk and Soya beans also provide the necessary vitamins.
With healthy food, get some natural elements. Some natural products like coconut oil, mustard oil. Neem leaves and camphor are of good help. Indian Ayurveda (traditional medical science) prescribes these elements for their use in the scalp and hair at a regular interval for having thick and shiny hair. The people of Indian sub-continent have been resorting to these herbal hair care for hundreds of years. And they have the best of hair in the globe.
Also take care of proper brushing of hair daily. Brushing of hair is a good massage of the scalp. It increases blood circulation on the scalp to keep the vitality of the hair. There is no harm in combing wet hair. In fact, combing wet hair is healthier practice than waiting for its getting dry for brushing.
Too much use of chemicals in the hair ultimately does the harm. It is advisable that men and women while doing their hair avoid chemicals altogether. For healthy growth of hair for babies and children, it is advisable that you should not go for chemicals to make them beautiful artificially.
In case of growth of lice in hair, very prevalent among children, don't panic. Lice are very contagious. First separate the family member/members having lice in hair from others without lice. Wash the hair regularly with anti-septic mixtures. Keep clean.
Even if lice are still persistent, do not use chemicals. Those may harm your hair and scalp. If medication id required, go herbal. Lice will vanish.Sometimes small mounts are found on the scalp and these cause hair loss. Lack of cleanliness develops such mounts. Wash the hair regularly and comb gently. Make sure that while brushing the mounts are not breaks into bloods. It will cause further misery.. Don't itch. Mounts will dissolute through daily washing of hair and scalp.
For all your hair problems, try to stick to natural cure.
