Skin Care
The largest sense organ of a human body, skin is the soul of one's looks. White or colored, a healthy skin is always attractive. Many things are responsible for keeping the skin healthy. Genes, sex, age, environment and habits largely contribute to the health of the skin.
If something is wrong with the genes, your skin is bound to take the charted course. The modern day genetic engineering has so far not yet produced any elixirs to a diseased skin. We often hear of plastic surgery, but that cannot restore the original virgin skin. The best thing is to accept natural therapy.
A balanced diet with a lot of vitamin C within it can make your skin silky. Besides, there are several fruit/vegetables heavy packs that would brighten the complexion. But before that you must know about the nature of your skin. For an oily skin, altogether different treatment is required comparing to dry skin.
Generally the fruits and vegetables used are strawberry, carrots, pineapples, lemons, oranges, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, guavas, spinach and radish. Eggs, milk, camphor, china clay, sandal wood powder, vinegar, oatmeal, wheat flour, and honey are also used to prepare facemasks.
Some of the face packs are as follows:

c) Guava, lemon and oatmeal mixtures
d) Pineapple, orange and wheat flour masks
e) Honey and carrot compound
f) Radish, vinegar and milk cream cocktail
f) Potato, egg and honey mash
g) Camphor, honey and milk punch
h) Strawberry, china clay and orange pack
i) Tomato, china clay and sandal wood blend
Usually, such facemasks are kept for 15 minutes or so before washing the face with cold water without soaps. These masks make the face soft, fresh, smooth and glowing.
It is, however, advised that at the initial stage, women take the help of experts or professional beauticians, otherwise they may fall prey to under or over doses of the mixtures, which are not sold over the counters. The compounds are made as and when necessary and vary person to person.
A skin test is done prior to selection and application of the facials on an individual. The quality of the skin, dry or oily, is to be ascertained first. The selection of smashes depends on the type of skin to be applied to.
Such natural beauty care is not expensive comparing to the brand creams available in the markets. These face packs have no side effects as those are made of mostly fruits and vegetables.
As for body skin, overuse of soaps is not advisable. Soaps make the skin unnecessary dry for a certain period. Sandal wood powder, wheat flour, cucumbers and milk cream are better substitutes. .
For teenage pimples, not much attention should be paid. Those are hormonal symptoms and will disappear with the passage of time.
For natural beauty, nature therapy has now become popular not only among common women, but also among celebrities. Males can also go for nature therapy, but their course is different from the women.
