Anxiety, they say is a condition where one is uncomfortable of future occurrences in their life. It may result to temporary disturbance of peace in one's life. Moreover, fear conquer individuals who are experiencing anxiety.

Panic, on the other hand is a condition where the feeling of fear is sudden. It is an emotional feeling that is abruptly expressed due to an uncontrollable situation.

If anxiety and panic are to be brought together, one can come up with a condition where an agitated feeling is impulsive and uncalled for. However, if the problem perseveres it may be a sign of disorder.

First, one can learn the real cause of the illness. Does it really run in the family? Is it psychological? Perhaps, it's biological. Upon discovering the root of the problem then one can take the next steps.

It is best that upon detecting the real cause, is to consult a specialist – one can go ahead with sessions with a psychologist or psychotherapist. Psychotherapists are the ones who orient people on the nature of having anxiety panic disorders. They are the ones who can guide, teach, and find the best treatment to people who suffer from the disorder.

Medications can also be used to reduce the pain associated with the attack. Mostly prescribed are antidepressants depending on the patients' condition.

Another way to combat anxiety panic disorder is for patients to keep a journal. They should continually note down different happenings in their lives, especially those which can trigger their anxieties. It is best to record what they feel as well as steps that they have to carry out if faced with another attack.

Most importantly, the support – may it be emotional aid, monetary assistance, helping out spiritually – of family and friends of people with the said disorder are highly recommended. Nothing beats the healing powers of knowing that someone is around to lend a hand.

Whether you will be riding a plane or ship or moving into a new home or work, or get married or have kids soon, or perhaps be in an ungodly, startling situation, the key is never let situations manipulate your life. Deal with the problem with an optimistic outlook.
